Oktober 2026 Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate for a spacious apartment shared by just two people. The room is around 18m², bright and fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and everything else you need. The apartment is around 100m², on the top floor with a great view. We each have our own bathroom and there’s a large living area with plenty of space. Friends are of course welcome and it should feel like your home as well. I’m Gianluca, a 33-year-old guy working full-time. I speak English, German and Spanish. I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy spending time with friends, travelling, going out and staying active. Basically, just looking for an easy-going and independent flatmate. Always nice to have a chat or do something together and keep things relaxed at home. The room is initially available until the end of March 2027. It might be possible to extend, but I can’t promise that yet.
