The best thing about this apartment is its location, about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Bahnof hardbrucke, and Hardplatz. The room is furnished with a really comfortable box spring bed, a nice work chair, small work table, a humidifier, extra lamps for lighting, an Ikea shelf is to be installed, a cloth hanger. The kitchen is modern and comes with a dishwasher and electric stove. Rent includes - rent, heating, electricity, use of laundry. There will be 3 persons living here: - Regarding your roommates, there is 1 person who is a 35 years old Male Italian engineer and works in a building automation company nearby. - Another room is taken by a student at ETHZ. I am Saurabh from India, and I will be travelling during this period. We are looking for a clean, tidy person ideally between the ages of 25 - 45 of any gender. It is essential the person is quiet and relaxed when indoors and inside the apartment. Smoking inside the room is not allowed. You shouldn't be into drugs. And ideally you consume alcohol in moderation. To get the room you have to provide one of the following: -- Proof of residence permit + proof of income + no debt certification. + 2000 CHF deposit.
