Wohnsituation: Temporary option for 1 person only. No families, kids please :) I’m renting out a bright, furnished room in my new 70 m² flat in Zürich Manegg for 6 months maximum.The room is about 16 m² and fully furnished. We’d share the kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. The flat is new, quiet and well kept. Zürich Manegg S-Bahn is a few minutes’ walk, and the main station is under 10 minutes away. Shops, the Sihl river and the Uetliberg are all close by. Rent: CHF 1400 per month, including utilities, electricity and Wi-Fi. Deposit: CHF 1350 I work full time and I’m often in the mountains during winter, so the flat is usually quiet. I’m looking for someone easy-going, clean and respectful. Non-smoker, no pets.
