Wohnsituation: It's a bright room (around 13sqm) in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with two balconies, big living room and a great view. Attached to the entrance there is a nice eating area and spacious built-in closets. The apartment is bright, quiet and spacious, yet conveniently located close to everything. Shops, two railway stations, the forest and the river are all in walking distance. All utilities and internet included in the rent. 8min walk to Schlieren Station 10min walk to Urdorf Station 8min walk to Coop/Aldi/Migros 10min walk to the forest 15-20min walk to the riverside Looking for a open-minded, chill, clean and respectful person between 25-40. If you enjoy a chill evening at home with a glass of wine and a cool movie on our projector you are the right person! the room is available for sub-tenancy but if you would be open to take over the main contract at some point it would be a great plus! Feel free to write a bit about yourself, your hobbies and your favourite movie! We are Nuno + Juna, a couple from Portugal sharing one room and Lara, a ZHdK-Student also from Portugal. We like to hang out on evenings and have a nice dinner together or watch a cool show or movie on the projector. We are always happy to relax together, play some music together or play a board game or just have time for ourselves.
