The room(12 m²) is unfurnished. The rest of the flat has a large living room with garden, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The common places are furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a freezer. The building has shared washing machines and a dryer at the basement floor. There is a possibility to request a closed parking garage from the apartment management for car parking with an additional cost. I am an easygoing, tidy, non-smoker and responsible person. And I like paragliding, snowboarding, kitesurfing, bouldering, biking and playing chess. respect the calm atmosphere in the flat. I don't have wild parties, but I do like to invite friends over for a breakfast or a relaxed evening every now and then. And i do enjoy the occasional dinners and interesting conversations in the flat.
