Close to everything: Coop, restaurants, Hive, the Limmat River, public transport connections, and Josefwiese are all just minutes away. * Available from January 1st, 2027 (with the possibility of moving in December 20th, 2026). * Rent: CHF 987 (bills included). * 3 months rent deposit of CHF 2’902.50. * The room is furnished with a bed, drawers, desk, and wardrobe (to be bought from the previous tenant; price is CHF 400). * Common furniture, including the sofa, TV, table, and cleaning robot, is part of the shared costs recoverable upon moving out, and the new tenant will need to transfer their share to the exiting tenant. We enjoy our quiet time but also spending time together, cooking dinners, having friends over, occasional small get-togethers, and 1 larger party per year.
